Tai Ji-Qigong combines two ancient Chinese systems that advances a deep awareness of one’s self towards a goal of health, inner peace and longevity.

T’ai-Ji Ch’uan brings exercise and strength in its flowing movements combined with the inner peace of the meditative process. Qigong brings out the natural energy and flow of one’s ‘Qi’ or inner spirit. Together they provide the tools we can use to improve our health, sharpen our minds and lead longer, happier lives.

Karen’s years of experience and training under the tutelage of Wudang Master Yun Xiang Tseng has allowed her to become a certified instructor and 26th Generation 'Longmen (Dragon Gate) Chong' Ordained Taoist.

Join Karen for a private or semi-private session designed specifically for your needs. She is also available for classes, private groups, seminars and workshops. This practice can be adopted for the physically challenged and practiced by all age groups.
